Refund policy

We hope you love your Gaelborn purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
