Bóinn (bo-anne) – Goddess of fertility and nature, wife of Nechtan. Strongly connected to the Boyne Valley and the River Boyne.

Brigid (bridge-id) - lesser known patron saint of Ireland. helped bring Christianity to Ireland. also founded monasteries in her native Kildare, her fest day is on the 1st of February 

Cathbad (cat-bawd) – A druid of the court in Eamhain Mhacha, also rumored to be the father of Conchobar mac Nessa.

Conchobar Mac Nessa (con-uh-chur, mac nasa) – High King of Ulster, also known as Conor, from which the modern name is derived.

Cú Chulainn (coo cullen) – Ancient Irish hero, often compared to Achilles. Born to a mortal mother and a father who was a god, a warrior without equal. His speed, strength, and agility made him one of the most legendary fighters of all time.

Eamhain Mhacha (ow-in mock-a) – Legendary fort in Ulster, home of the High King and the Red Branch knights. Also where Cú Chulainn trained as a boy.

Mórrigan (mor-ig-an) – The most powerful of the Celtic goddesses, appearing sometimes as a beautiful woman and sometimes as a raven. Her presence is rarely a good omen.

Nechtan (nock-tun) – Celtic god of water, husband of Bóinn, and keeper of the magical Well of Segais.
